「経験を知識として学ばせる」のは米国が得意な方法で、彼らは経験知を何でもマニュアル化して、学校で教え、意識的に若い人を育てようとします。だ から若い人の成長が早いのです。

　一方、日本には「誰かが20年かけて学んだことを、システマティックに3年で学ばせる」という概念がありません。
